Maria’s so called submission hold is a blatantly illegal choke and she has her thumb pressed right the artery in my neck. If I didn’t tap out she could have killed me!
As for my former so called friends, they knew they had it coming. I told them so many times to shut off that garbage they listen and dance to. I couldn’t take it anymore! I’d just had MY title stolen from me and they wanted me to go dancing. I danced all right… all over their skulls

Ray Cassler - Hello everyone and welcome to Cassler's Corner. We kicked off the Queen of Legends Series tonight on Athena Pro... BUT, the story of the night is Syuri's upset win over the new NWA World Women's champion Gail Kim. Here she is, the lady of the night.... Syuri!!

Syuri, carrying two sticks, comes on camera, followed closely by a member of Golden Dragons Security. She is constantly looking around.

Ray Cassler - Congratulations on the biggest win of your JPP career. Were you nervous before going into the match with Gail Kim?

Syuri - I... yeah... I... what was that noise?

Ray Cassler - That was just the crew out in the arena. Were you nervous going into tonight's match?

Syuri - Who wouldn't be nervous going into a match with the world champion, especially a dangerous champion like Gail Kim... who's that? Is it her?

Ray Cassler - That's just the photographer getting some pictures of you. Have you heard the good news?

Syuri - (looking around nervously) What news?

Ray Cassler - The match has just been signed. You will be facing Gail Kim for the NWA World Women's title on June 29th. Your first title match in JPP.

Syuri - That's good news? It gives Gail Kim four weeks to get madder that I pinned her. She's gonna want to hurt me more than she does now.

Ray Cassler - For someone who just scored the biggest win of her career and just found out you'll be getting a match for the biggest title in the sport, you seem a little bit paranoid.

guard - Hey! Watch your mouth!

Ray Cassler - Whoa! I didn't mean any disrespect. Back up! Most competitors in your place would be celebrating by going out for dinner or dancing.

guard - What Syuri does tonight and where she does it are her and my concern only. I don't want any reporters or photographers following her so Gail Kim will know where she is. Come on Syuri, I have a car waiting for us.

The guard quickly hustles Syuri away.

Ray Cassler - Well, that was interesting. Syuri was as nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs and that guard was acting more like an overprotective brother or boyfriend.
