Azrieal pinned Billy Kidman after the Michinoku Driver in 07:08.
- This as a good back and forth match. Kidman got cocky and it cost him the match.

One on One Match
Maven pinned C.W Anderson after a high cross body in 05:01 after Johnny Devine interfered against C.W Anderson.
- Anderson had just hit the DDT and was getting ready to close out the match when Devine hoped the rail, slide a chiar into the rign and distracted the ref. Maven crotched Anderson, hit the Petigree onto the chair and made the cover.

One on One Match
Big Daddy V pinned A-Train after a Getto Drop in 14:36 despite Val Venis interfering against him.
- BDV and A-Train were the two trains heading head on. One would go down, and A-Train was the one that went head first into the roadblock and de-railed. The CPW Champion tried to assist, or rather intervene against BDV, but his attempts backfired and BDV won the match.

One on One Match for the CPW Television Championship
Antonio Banks pinned Bob Holly (c) after a rollover in 08:25 to win the CPW Television Title.
- Holly was in control of this match durring the closing moments of the match. It was the high risk cross body block attempt that Holly tried to use that cost him the title, as Banks rolled throught the move and scored the win and the title.

Jerrelle Clark defeated Joshua Masters by disqualification in 05:52.
- Clark put on a good match but was cut down by a vicious chairshot from Masters that left him dazed, busted open and bleeding.

Chi Chi Cruz pinned Erick Stevens after a Northern Lights suplex in 06:08.
- This match was very well done by both men. It was one of the better matches of the night. Good chemistry.

One on One Match
Aaron Epic defeated Kid Kash by disqualification in 02:14 after Billy Kidman interfered.
- This one looked to be a good match, but Kidman came down and triped up Epic, casueing the ref to throw this match out once Kidman and Kash started beating on Epic. Ercik Stevens tried to make the save, but Marcus Bagwell cut him off at the pass and resulted in him getting beat down as well.

Tag Team Match
Rob Van Dam & Quiet Storm defeated The Mega Powers when RVD pinned Luger with the Five Star Frog Splash in 06:13.
- RVD came out and introduced his partner.... Quiet Storm! This match went back and forth in the opening minutes with Luger and Masters controlling the tempo with their strength based 'ground and pound&' approach. RVD and Storm were able to get things going after Masters and Luger collided after a miscue. RVD hit the 5 Star and scored a huge win over the 'US Champ'
