Riho - Who do they want us to team up with?

(Shocker is standing outside of NWAMEX headquarters in Mexico City with a cordless mic.)

Shocker - Hi! There have been an increasing number of protests organized by a group calling themselves "NWAMEX for Mexicans". This organization has been rallying against non-Mexican talent being used for NWAMEX's events. They argue that hiring outside talent is not needed with all the talented luchadores within our own country. They also argue that hiring outside talent is bad for the economy because it means less jobs for hardworking Mexicans hoping to earn money in the industry. I'll be here to report any further developments as they happen.

(Ayumi Kurihara, Jushin Liger, Marco Corleone and Dalis la Caribena meet in a booth at the local sports bar.)

Jushin Liger - I think we should stick together if we're going to make it safe to NWAMEX events.

Marco Corleone - I couldn't agree with you more. The "NWAMEX for Mexicans" movement is spreading so fast that it's not even safe for me to go to the office for my boking duties.

Ayumi Kurihara - I don't think the four of us is enough. We need to get others involved.

Dalis la Caribena - Who do you have in mind?

Ayumi Kurihara - We need to band with other foreigners like The Japanese Collection Agency.

Dalis la Caribena - Are you nuts? That would be like betraying my own husband.

Ayumi Kurihara - Like it or not, not even Negro Casas can keep you safe against the mobs that appear before NWAMEX events. The movement has already branded your husband and Ultimo Guerrero as traitors. Others that might be in danger are Rey Escorpion, Rey Bucanero, Shocker and Maximo due to their close ties to non-Mexicans.

Jushin Liger - Let's just wait and see if the tension goes down after the next few weeks before we decide to align ourselves with foreign rudos.

Dalis la Caribena - I'll second that.

Marco Corleone - I'm for this idea as well.

Ayumi Kurihara - The fans turned against me when I faced Princesa Sujei during our matches. I'm against the idea but I'll wait before I act on my disapproval.

Jushin Liger - All we can do id wait. If the movement grows even stronger, we'll consider your idea.

(Brazo de Oro held a staff meeting the day after the most recent NWAMEX TV event.)

Brazo de Plata -We've got several issues to talk about today so let's try to settle things in an orderly manner, eh? First of all, we're received several complaints from the fans concerning the conduct of Mima Shimoda and Ayumi Kurihara. Mima is barred from ringside during matches that she's not involved in.

Mima Shimoda - So what? We've been busting our butts to keep our heads above water and all we get is the whining of the fans in return. They are so pathetic. No one complains when Marcela or Silueta gets involved in matches!

Brazo de Oro - Good thing for you, all decisions are final. And then there is the issue with Ultimo Guerrero and Dragon Rojo Jr. getting involved in the main event.

Ultimo Guerrero - We were just coming to the ring apron to get a better view of the match.

Brazo de Oro - In any rate, the rematch will have more officials and security guards to ensure that no one can interferre.

Ultimo Guerrero - Fine with me. I don't care who wins.

Brazo de Oro - Thankfully, The Dancing Queens had their match before the TV show aired. Their conduct was quite embarrassing.

Shocker - What are we going to do conserning Maximo and the Trios Championship?

Brazo de Oro - I was just getting to that. It's unfortunate that Maximo left the promotion after the injuries he sustained in the match. But if we had to strip Marco Corleone, Rush and Maximo for an injury that Marco sustained, it only seems fair that Jushin Liger and Shocker be stripped of the titles and they be awarded to Rey Escorpion, Okumura and Rey Bucanero.

Shocker - That seems like a raw deal to me. We fought hard for those titles and now you are just taking them away?

Brazo de Oro - Well, you win still receive the bonus for winning the tournament. You'll split Maximo's share since he broke his contract when he left like he did. You'll also get to compete for the NWA World Tag Team Championship during the upcoming Great American Bash PPV.

Jushin Liger - That sounds fair to me. I would just like to see trios that make it to the semifinals be given consideration for contenders.

Brazo de Oro - That's sounds like a reasonable decision. Unless there are further questions, this meeting is adjourned!

(Brazo de Oro is taking care of some paperwork in the NWAMEX Headquarters. Marco Corleone knocks on the door.)

Oro- Come in! Good morning, Marco!

Corleone - Good morning. I've got something I need to talk with you about. I've been informed that that teams that are scheduled for the #1 trios contender match refuse to work together.

Oro- What do you think we should do about this?

Corleone - I was thinking that we could have a six way elimination match. The surviving luchador would serve as captain and choose his partners among those involved.

Oro - That sounds like it could work. Why don't you contact them and let them know about it?

Corleone - Will do.

(Eiko Koike and Rojo Garcia wrestle each other in the NWA Mexico City Training Camp under the watchful eye of Ultimo Guerrero and Rey Escorpion. Negro Casas serves as the referee for the match. Eiko Koike manages to pin Rojo Garcia to end the first fall. Rojo Garcia wins the second fall by pinfall. Eiko Koike forced Roja Garcia to submit in the final fall.)

Eiko Koike - Good match.

Roja Garcia - You too.

Eiko - You're getting better.

Roja - Thanks! Having four older brothers was sort of like a training camp for me.

Eiko - Being a wrestling reporter and having the best luchadore in the business as my fiancé is a big plus for me.

(At Mexico City International Airport, a NWAMEX ring girl waits to escort two guests of NWAMEX to disembark. She holds a double sided sign. One side says "Mini Fortunado Bastardo" and the other say "Ultimo Dragoncito". Two miniestrelsign and walk up to her.)

Owner - I like what I hear but I think my costumers would enjoy it even more if your drummer actually showed up. Another lead guitaris would be good. You do have a drummer, right?

Escorpion - Yeah, I'll make sure that he makes it to the show tonight.

Roja - (taking to Escorpion as the owner escorts them to the door.) What drummer? Okumura quit you remember?

Escorpion - Don't worry, I'll call Demus 3:16. He's a good drummer. And I know a guy who's good for the group in the ring and out...Rey Cometa.

Bucanero - Are you kidding me? He's a good wrestler but I doubt he'd be able to hold his own in a brawl.

Escorpion - What you see as a weakness, I see as a strength. Having someone who's got good mat skills rather than just brawling could help out in the long run.

Roja - I'll contact Rey Cometa. He might be persuaded easier by a female.

Escorpion - And I'll pay Demus 3:16 and his wife Hiroka a visit. She won't let him back out of extra work with her expensive tastes.

The match was a complete sham and the referee should be fired for not having the ability or sight to officiate! If you've got the guts, pick two partners face me, Hiroka and Zeuxis in a trios match. Your past experience in Mexico won't be much of help when we are beating the %$^&# out of you. I'll waiting for you at Arena Mexico on July 31st. That is if you don't chicken out. When you showed up at the AJW dojo you had all the physical skills but not the mental skills and that hasn't changed in over 25 years.
